The 2nd teaser PV of Netflix original anime series “Spriggan” has been released. In order to improve the quality of the work, it was announced that the broadcast will be delayed from 2021 to 2022.

“Spriggan” is based on the popular manga that was serialized on “Weekly Shounen Sunday” from 1989 to 1996, and it has over 10 million copies in circulation.
This story depicts the adventure of the young boy, Ominae Yu, a special agent known as “Spriggan” of “ARCAM” that was established to seal the relic of the ancient civilization.

For this work, the director is handled by Kobayashi Hiroshi (known for “Dragon Pilot: Hisone and Masotan” and “Kiznaiver”), the series composition & script is handled by Seko Hiroshi (known for “Jujutsu Kaisen” and “Banana Fish”), the character design and general art director is handled by Handa Shuuhei (known for “Little Witch Academia”), and the animation production is by david production (known for “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure” and “Fire Force”). After 30 years since the serialization has started, this work will be reborn in the 2D artwork with 3DCG.

The 2nd teaser PV is approximately 40 seconds, which depicts the various speedy action scenes.
Also, the voice of the main protagonist, Ominae Yu, was revealed for the first time.

“Spriggan” will be released worldwide exclusively on Netflix in 2022.
