From the anime “Chuuka Ichiban!” Season 2, the outline and scenes of Episode 21 “Genwaku no Tonkou” (broadcast from Monday, March 8, 2021) have been released in advance.
“Shin Chuuka Ichiban!” is based on the “Chuuka Ichiban!” series, a Chinese gourmet manga that started in “Weekly Shonen Magazine” in 1995.
It received a TV anime adaptation in 1997 and was broadcast in 80% of the cities in China, along with Hong Kong and Taiwan in 1999. The series has been viewed over 600 million times in total on Chinese streaming services.
Set in 19th century China, Liu Mao Xing and his friends fight against the “Underground Cooking Society” that aims to take over humanity through cooking.
Episode 21 is titled “Genwaku no Tonkou” (Dazzling Dunhuang).
Shell and Leon, who separated with Mao, arrived at Dunhuang. Shell falls in love with the beauty with dark skin, who saved him in the desert.
