From the movie “The Quintessential Quintuplets” comes the latest newly-drawn items, including a lifesize acrylic panel and T-shirt inspired by a “spring date”. Pre-orders are available on “HICUL”.
“The Quintessential Quintuplets” is based on the manga of the same title by Haruba Negi that was serialized in “Weekly Shonen Magazine” until February 2020 and has sold more than 16 million copies in total.
It is a romantic comedy in which the main character, Uesugi Futaro, who lives in poverty, becomes a tutor for beautiful and unique quintuplets who are on the verge of failing school, and struggles to guide them safely to graduation.
The first season of the TV anime aired on TBS and other networks from January to March 2019, and the second season from January to March 2021. The voice actors/actresses include Matsuoka Yoshitsugu as Uesugi Futaro, Hanazawa Kana as Nakano Ichika, Taketatsu Ayana as Nakano Nino, Ito Miku as Nakano Miku, Sakura Ayane as Nakano Yotsuba, and Minase Inori as Nakano Itsuki, all of whom are popular and experienced. The sequel film, “The Quintessential Quintuplets,” started screening on May 20, 2022.
The latest goods announced this time include seven items: a “lifesize acrylic stand,” which has an outstanding presence with a height of approximately 164 to 187 cm and will make you feel like you can spend time in your room with your favorite, an “acrylic keychain,” which can be attached to a bag or carried around, or displayed on a desk, a “clear file,” a “tin badge sets,” and a “tatami mat,” a “tapestry,” an “acrylic plate,” and a “T-shirt.”
All of them are illustrated with newly-drawn illustrations of the quintuplets inspired by a “spring date”.
