On Jun. 18, 2020, the official Twitter account of the anime series “Bungo Stray Dogs” had tweeted, “Tomorrow, Friday, Jun. 19 at 12:00 P/M., we will make a major announcement about 'Bungo Stray Dogs'!” Many people have responded saying, “Is the upcoming season 4 coming?,” and “It means season 4 is coming!?”.
“Bungo Stray Dogs” is based on the manga written by Asagiri Kafka, and illustrated by Harukawa 35, which started its serialization under the same name in Jan. 2013 at the “Young Ace”.
It is an action battle story where famous writers such as Nakajima Atsushi, Dazai Osamu, and Akutagawa Ryunosuke are active on the stage of modern Yokohama.
Three full seasons of anime have been released until now.

It led to a huge response on Twitter, “This will be about season 4! Will there be a dazzling encounter with Daza-san? Or is it a secret story of establishing a detective company?” “Wow, a serious announcement! It's okay to wait for such anime!”, “If it is going to be season 4, this year's anime will be really gorgeous!”, “I will go crazy if season 4 of the anime or movie will be announced! Or will it be a novel?”, “No matter what, tomorrow's my birthday and there will be an important announcements, so I'm really looking forward to it.”
At this point, it's unclear whether the major announcement will be about season 4 of the anime, or something else, so please wait for 12:00 P.M. on Jun. 19.
