Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) had announced that LiSA's “Gurenge” (Opening theme song of TV Anime “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba”) had achieved “Triple Platinum (Total download exceed 750,000)” in the “Paid music subscription work as at Mar. 2020″.
“Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” is originally a Japanese style fantasy manga by Gotouge Koyoharu and is currently serialized on “Weekly Shounen Jump” since 2016.
The setting takes place during the Taisho Period of Japan. The story starts with a demon attacking the family of the kind charcoal seller young boy, Tanjirou when he left the house. The lone survivor, his younger sister Nezuko had turned into a demon. To revert her to a human and to avenge his family, he goes on a trip with Nezuko…
The work got an anime adaptation from Apr. until Sep. 2019 and it created by ufotable (famously known for the TV Anime “Fate/stay night［Unlimited Blade Works］”, the movie “Fate/stay night ［Heaven's Feel］”, etc.).
LiSA's “Gurenge” was used as the opening theme from episode 1 until the last episode, which spans over 2 cour (24 episodes).
Moreover, in the “Paid music subscription work of Mar. 2020”, other than LiSA's “Gurenge” obtaining the triple platinum, ClariS “Connect” (Theme song for “Puella Magi Madoka Magica”) had achieved double platinum (Total download exceed 500,000) as well.
The collaboration event "Demon Slayer Kimetsu no Yaiba" with Toei Uzumasa Film Village, Kyoto Railway Museum, and Aramiden, "Demon Slayer Kimetsu no Yaiba Kyo no Oshigoto" will be held from December 26, 2020 to March 14, 2021.
It is an upgraded version of last year's popular "Kyo no Oshigoto" event, and takes a look back at the history of Tanjiro and his fierce battles.
In the film village, we will exhibit a set of recreated scenes and photos of anime at the movie village, where you can feel like you have become the character in the film. In addition to the original collaboration train running in Arashiyama Railway, Kyoto Railway Museum will be the new venue.
The Kyoto Railway Museum will hold an event where visitors can experience the world of "Demon Slayer Kimetsu no Yaiba" and "Demon Slayer Kimetsu no Yaiba: Infinity Train" by collaborating with SLs and exhibits from the museum's collection. This event will be expanded to three venues to make the winter in Kyoto hotter.
An original collaboration menu will be sold at all the venues and a keyword rally around the city of Kyoto will be held.
Also, new illustrations will be drawn for "Demon Slayer Kimetsu no Yaiba Kyoto no Oshigoto 2".
Along with this event in which we can see the tracks of battles in Kyoto, five characters - Tanjiro, Nezuko, Zenitsu, Inosuke and Rengoku - are dressed up in Taisho-roman style, and even the patterns of their kimonos and obis are designed in the image of each character.
In addition to the five characters, 18 people, take a stroll through Kyoto in a mini-character-illustration.
"Demon Slayer Kimetsu no Yaiba Kyo no Oshigoto" will be held from December 26, 2020 to March 14, 2021 at Toei Uzumasa Movie Village, Kyoto Railway Museum, and Arashiyama and Shijo Omiya Stations of Arashiyama Railway. Details of the event will be announced at a later date.

A collaboration between "Kimetsu no Yaiba: Demon Slayer" and the instant camera "instax", familiar with its nickname Cheki will come out. Glass hair bands of "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" have been announced. Pre-orders are available at "Character Depart" for a limited period until November 24.
The products are glass hair bands inspired by Kibutsuji Muzan, Tamayo and other characters. Not only can they be used as a hair band, but they can also be used as a belt to tie the notepad or to tie up small items.
The line-up is Wisteria flower, Genya, Kanzaki Aoi, Tsuyuri Kanao, Makomo, Yushirou, Tamayo, and Kibutsuji Muzan.

The original goods and framed stamp of "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" has been announced. It will be available on "Post Office Online Shop" and other stores from November 20, 2020.
The goods and stamp have an original post office artwork featuring the main protagonist Kamado Tanjirou, his companions Agatsuma Zenitsu and Hashibira Inosuke, his younger sister Kamado Nezuko, and the "Hashira" of the Demon Slayer Corps. Rengoku Kyoujurou.
The limited goods that are available at the post office, are an acrylic key holder, flake seal, the cute passbook memo with the comical characters, the original framed stamp with a modern design, and others.

It has been one month since the fall 2020 anime season started.
Not only the main story of TV anime but also the theme songs that show the world of the title in 1 minute 30 seconds attract a lot of attention. Since many anime titles have been released during the fall of 2020, we have a wider variety of songs than usual. Which theme song among that variety caught the hearts of fans?
Here, at Anime! Anime!, we conducted a reader survey entitled "Which song among the theme songs of the fall 2020 anime titles do you like the most?" We received responses from 253 people during the survey period from November 3 to November 10.
The male-female ratio is about 40% for males and about 60% for females. About 50% of the age group were minors, and about 25% were in their 20s.
This time, we will announce the results for ED.
■ "Jujutsu Kaisen" is topping the list of OP and ED!
1st place goes to "LOST IN PARADISE feat. AKLO" by AKI from "Jujutsu Kaisen" with an approval rating of about 10%.
Many readers explained the reason behind their votes as a good matching of song and anime, "The pop-song fits well with the main characters resting on their day off", "I like the touch of characters' everyday life pictures. It is so cool, I could watch anime just for ED", and "The characters' dance matches to the song really well! I can watch it forever!"
2nd place goes to "Hypnosis Mic: Division Rap Battle - Rhyme Anima" with an approval rating of about 9%.
Readers seem to enjoy the differences of each of the versions, "Passionate lyrics make you feel deep bonds between members of the division", "It is interesting how each division has its own individuality", and "They are all way too cool."
Some readers pointed out often appearances of the band, "You can't talk about 'Haikyu!!' without SPYAIR. It was their first ED, although before the band was in charge of three OPs, and I think they are essential music for this title. Great lyrics, inspired by the story, and music that makes you dance are the best combination!". Many readers liked ED's performance, "The highlights of this week are the best. I also like the moments from previous matches."
Moreover, in the men vote only, 1st place went to "Is the Order a Rabbit?", 2nd place to "Love Live! On November 16, 2020, the contestants of "71st NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen" have been announced, and singer LiSA, who is known for "Gurenge", the theme song of "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" and "Flame" from "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Train the Movie", will appear on the show for the second consecutive year. On the same day, LiSA shared her enthusiasm on Twitter.
The 71st NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen will feature LiSA and other artists who have sung theme songs for 2020 animes.
Suzuki Masayuki from "Kaguya-sama Love is War" ("DADDY! DADDY ! DO ! feat. Airi Suzuki), Sixtones from "Fugou Keiji Balance:UNLIMITED" ("NAVIGATOR"), "Hanyou no Yashahime" ("NEW ERA"), Snow Man from "Black Clover" ("Stories"), and milet from "Fate/Grand Order - Absolute Monster Sen Sen Babylonia" ("Prover/Tell me") and other singers have joined the list.

'Inori Minase 5th ANNIVERSARY LIVE Starry Wishes', the first online live performance by Minase Inori as a voice actress and singer will be held on Dec. 5, 2020. In advance, Insta-live will also be held on Nov. 18 on her own account.
The exclusively online live performance will be held at Yokohama Arena. The tour final was to be held there in Jun., but it was canceled. The first online live performance is getting more and more attention as "Starlight Museum", her 9th single will be released on Dec. 2, which is her birthday and 5th anniversary of the debut as an artist.
