The latest film installment of the “Pokémon” franchise is “Pokémon The Movie: Coco” and has been announced to premiere on Jul. 10, 2020. The poster visual and teaser of Ash and Pikachu's new adventure in the forest with a mysterious character have also been released.
“Pokémon The Movie: Coco” is the 23rd installment of the Pokémon film which began with “Pokémon: The First Movie – Mewtwo Strikes Back” in 1998.
The director of the movie will be Yajima Tetsuo, the same as “The Power of Us”. He will weave us a completely new Pokémon film since two years ago.
The poster visual depicts a character up in the trees curiously looking at Ash and Pikachu. The teaser shows the same character running in the jungle with super-human speed.

The anime production for the Nintendo Switch's software "Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield" has been announced. With the title of "Twilight Wings", it depicts the youngsters who live in Galar region, it is made up of 7 episodes as WEB animeations, and will be released from Jan. 15, 2020.

The main trailer has been revealed from the anime film "Josee, the Tiger and the Fish"(to be released on Dec. 25), which is based on a youthful love story novel written by Tanabe Seiko.
Tt has also been revealed for the first time that Eve will perform an inserted song '心海' as well as the theme song. In addition, it has also been announced that Moriyama Shintarou and Lily, a comedy duo Mitorizu, joined as guest voice actors.
"Josee, the Tiger and the Fish" depicts a story about a dreamer Josee, who lives her life stuck in a wheelchair and spends most of her days reading and painting, encounters a college student Tsuneo, who pursues his dream, and decides it's time to face the real world with him.
The main trailer features the comic scene that Tsuneo is always given impossible demands and twisted around Josee's little finger. On the other hand, Tsuneo's line 'She is alone.' also tells the loneliness that Josee, who usually behaves selfishly, is feeling.
Josee is becoming depressed to see the words 'Dream is dream. Reality is reality.' and 'It's nothing but a superstition that dreams come true.', but Tsuneo takes her to see various worlds, saying 'You want to see by yourself, don't you?'
While an inserted song by Eve '心海', which has been revealed for the first time, is playing, Josee shows various expressions from crying, sulking, to struggling in the middle of the trailer, but at the end she shows a big smile. Does it imply their bright future?

Irish animation studio Cartoon Saloon, which has been nominated for an Academy Award for all of its features, has released the trailer and poster visual for "WolfWalkers" (Oct. 30), which features the main theme song by Aurora from "Frozen 2".
"WolfWalkers" is based on the legend of the Wolf Walker, which has been handed down in the Irish town of Kilkenny since the Middle Ages, where it is said that humans turn into a wolf when they sleep.
One day, Robin, the protagonist with a hunter father, becomes friends with Mebh, a "Wolf Walker" who is a healer and a human and a wolf in one body and heals wounds using her magical powers. Robin's promise to Mebh unexpectedly puts her father in a difficult position, but she is brave enough to follow the path she believes in.
The trailer for the film, which has just been released, depicts the interaction between humans and wolves in a beautiful world and part of the mysterious story that unfolds.
The film depicts the dazzling friendship of girls, the ugly discrimination of adults, the coexistence of humans and animals, warnings about the destruction of nature, and the love of family, all of which can be enjoyed by adults as well as children.
Aurora, a new generation of Norwegian songstresses, leads the audience to a world far removed from reality with her clear and transparent voice.

From "The Legend of Hei: Boku ga Erabu Mirai (The Legend of Hei: The Future that I Choose)" (to be released on Nov. 7, 2020), the main trailer, poster and news about the theme song, have been revealed. The purchase benefit for the 2nd advanced ticket sale has also been announced.
"The Legend of Hei: Boku ga Erabu Mirai" is an anime movie that was produced by MTJJ, a Chinese manga artist and director, and HMCH Studio.
It became popular after its online anime series was released on a streaming website on Mar. 17, 2011, and it has developed to represent Chinese anime works. The movie that was released after that became a big hit and made 315 million CNYn (about 4.9 billion JPY) at the box office.
In Japan, its Japanese subtitled version was released in Sep. 2020. Even though it was shown in small scale, it received praise from anime fans, and other people involved in anime. Finally in Nov. 2020, its Japanese dubbed version will be released nationwide. The cast include Hanazawa Kana as Xiaohei, a black cat monster, who was forced out of his home by humans, Sakurai Takahiro, Miyano Mamoru, Saitou Souma, Matsuoka Yoshitsugu, Sugita Tomokazu, Toyosaki Aki, Minase Inori, Cho, Otsuka Hochu, Ugaki Misato, and others.
The trailer that was released this time features Xiaohei, a black cat monster, who was forced out of his home by humans, making his own path as he is struggling between humans' and monsters' life, through meeting various monsters and humans.

I was attracted by the characters and story full of kindness and hope.
It features serious topics such as symbiosis of humans and animals, and environmental destruction, but on the other hand, it depicts love for friends, and their never-give-up attitude subtly and unapologetically portrayed.
I was moved by such a composition, which played an essential for me to produce the theme song for the Japanese dubbed version.
Everyone is different, so we clashed with each other. However, we are not special. We all are looking in the same direction, and we all are pursuing a place that can feel comfortable. Xiaohei is innocently growing up in a world, where there is no right answer, and he made me realize that.
I am so honored that 'Unity' was chosen as the theme song for this work with wonderful animation and story. Conflict and harmony are two sides of the same coin. However, I believe that this movie and song will be an opportunity to bring about a huge change.

It has turned out that the broadcast slot of the TV anime "Pokémon" will move. It will be broadcast every Friday from 6:55 p.m. starting from Oct. 9.
The anime "Pokémon" started broadcasting in 1997. It has been broadcast since 2018 on Sundays from 6:00 p.m.
This time, tit has been decided to move the broadcast slot. From Oct. 9, it will be broadcast from 6:55 p.m. to 7:25 p.m. on Fridays.
In the television industry , there is a custom to call the time slot from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. prime time, and the time slot from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. "golden time" in Japanese. It was also the main topic that there were no anime broadcasts during the "golden time" in 2019.
