March 21 is the birthday of Twitter.
It is the day the co-founder of Twitter made his first post (tweet) in 2006.
The social networking service Twitter was launched in 2006. Many celebrities now have accounts, and it has become a popular place to learn about new aspects of their lives.
People active in various genres such as celebrities, artists, and professional athletes post on Twitter. If a character from an anime or game were to start a Twitter account, which character would you want to see tweeting?
That’s where Anime!Anime! conducted a reader survey titled “Which character would you like to see on Twitter?” During the survey period from March 4 to March 11, we received responses from 111 readers.
The ratio of male to female respondents was about 35% male and 65% female, with the majority being female. About 60% of the respondents were under the age of 19, and about 25% were in their 20s.
■Topping the list is Gin-san from “Gintama,” everyone wants to see what his everyday life is like.
