The “RX-93ff ν Gundam” from “Mobile Suit Gundam: Char’s Counterattack” will appear in the “Chogokin” brand, a pioneer in pre-colored movable figures, and will be sold at “Gundam Side-F” in August 2022.
The “Gundam” series is a series of video works produced by Sunrise Inc. for over 40 years since the TV animation “Mobile Suit Gundam” began airing in 1979. The series has been widely developed and supported by a wide range of products and services, including plastic models, home video games, network contents, and video and music packages.
Among them, “Mobile Suit Gundam: Char’s Counterattack” is the first completely new original theatrical work in the Gundam series. Focusing on Amuro and Char, the film depicts the conclusion of the series of stories that began with “Mobile Suit Gundam”.
In October 2022, “Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury,” the latest TV animation of the Gundam series, will begin airing on 28 MBS/TBS networks nationwide from 5:00 PM every Sunday.
This product, “Chogokin RX-93ff ν Gundam,” is an item that reproduces the realistic metallic feel and texture by using plenty of die-castings, a characteristic of “Chogokin,” and an exterior design with a lot of information by using precise designs, painting, and markings.
In addition, the head and chest are equipped with a light-up gimmick. The “Long Range Fin Funnel” can be reproduced either in a standing appearance or in its attack form seen in the video without the need for replacement.
The “Chogokin RX-93ff ν Gundam” will be on sale at “GUNDAM SIDE-F” in August. It will also be sold on the official “Bandai Namco Group” mail order site and overseas at a later date.
