The first 3DCG animation movie of “Prince of Tennis” called “Ryoma! Rebirth Movie The Prince of Tennis” (currently shown at the theaters) released the first 3 minutes of the main story from the movie, which depicted the fierce tennis game between Ryoma and Yukimura.
“Ryoma! Rebirth Movie The Prince of Tennis” is the first 3DCG animation movie in the history of “Prince of Tennis” series. The original author Konomi Takeshi directed the movie as the general director, and the movie depicts “blank 33 vacant months” that occurred between “Prince of Tennis” and “New Prince of Tennis”.
The first 3 minutes from the actual movie was released this time. Together with the music box sound in the back, the sneak peek describes the tennis game between Echizen Ryoma and Yukimura Seichi, which is the final national competition game between Seiyun Academy and Rikkai University Middle School.
The game was actually shown in the manga and OVA, however, the episode now experienced “rebirth” as 3DCG animation with condensed factors of “Sing, dance, and play”. Moreover, the character song medley “Theater☆Tennis Fes petit!”, in which all 8 songs are available through music subscription service, are currently dominating top 10 of anime/game genre of Amazon’s digital music ranking. These songs are great experience to listen.
