In commemoration of the release of “Rurouni Kenshin Saishuushou The Final / The Beginning”, a 1/6 scale figure of Satou Takeru as “Himura Kenshin” has been released. New scene photos were also revealed.
The figure is a faithful reproduction of Kenshin taking the stance of Hiten Mitsurugi-ryu Battoujutsu. It depicts Kenshin’s facial expression and aura of performing the technique.
His eyes and powerful expression were recreated with great care in the details. You can feel Kenshin’s delicateness from his thin “arms” and “palms”.
Along with the figure, a scene photo of Kenshin standing silently in the burning town was released. It impressively portrays the past Kenshin carries and his determination towards a peaceful future.
“‘Rurouoni Kenshin Saishuushou The Final / The Beginning’ 1/6 Scale Figure Himura Kenshin (Satou Takeru) Hiten Mitsurugi-ryu Battoujutsu no Kamae” is priced at 19,800 JPY (tax included). Pre-orders are currently available on “Seven Net Shopping”.
The film, “Rurouoni Kenshin Saishuushou The Final / The Beginning”, will be released in a row on April 23 and June 4, 2021.
