From the TV anime “Jujutsu Kaisen” comes a figure of Gojou Satoru in his “Hollow Purple” pose. Pre-orders are available on the anime/manga specialty EC website “Character Depart” from June 17, 2021.
“Jujutsu Kaisen” is originally a manga by Akutami Gege serialized in “Weekly Shonen Jump”. It depicts the battle between the “Cursed Spirits”, embodiments of humans’ negative emotions, and the “Jujutsu Sorcerers” who exorcises them.
On December 24, 2021, the film “Jujutsu Kaisen 0” will be released. It is based on Akutami Gege’s short series “Jujutsu Kaisen 0: Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical School”, which is a prequel of “Jujutsu Kaisen”, written before the main series.
“ARFX J Gojou Satoru” is a figure of Gojou Satoru, a teacher at the Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical School. The figure captures the scene of him performing “Hollow Purple” in its roughly 255mm size (1/8 scale).
“ARFX J Gojou Satoru” is priced at 10,819 JPY (tax excluded). Pre-orders are available on “Character Depart” from June 17 to July 11, and the figure is scheduled to be released in December 2021.
