“Gushing over Magical Girls” will have an Anime Adaptation! A “Sadistic Magical Comedy” Serialized in “Storia Dash”
It has been announced that “Gushing over Magical Girls”, a manga serialized on Takeshobo’s webcomic service “Storia Dash”, will be adapted into an anime. In conjunction with this, the official Twitter account of the “Storia Dash” editorial department is running a giveaway campaign.
“Gushing over Magical Girls” is a “sadistic magical comedy” serialized on Takeshobo’s webcomic service “Storia Dash” by Ononaka Akihiro, creator of “The Many Flavors of Kumika”. Hiiragi Utena, a kind-hearted and shy girl who longs to become a magical girl, is transformed into a magical girl by a mascot that suddenly appears and gives her special powers. However, she becomes a female leader of an evil organization, engaging in fierce battles (?) with magical girls, and develops her skills as a sadist.
The latest volume, volume 9, was released on March 16, 2023.
To celebrate the anime adaptation, the official Twitter account of the “Storia Dash” editorial department is currently hosting a giveaway.
