The manga “Fire Force” that had gotten two TV anime adaptation had released the final manga volume, volume 34 on May 17, 2022. At the same time, the production of the TV anime season 3 was announced together with various latest information.

“Fire Force” is based on the manga that was serialized on “Weekly Shounen Magazine” by Okubo Atsushi.
The story takes place in a world where “human combustion”, a phenomena where human suddenly got combusted out of nowhere and become “Infernals” that manipulate fire as they seek destruction, occurs frequently. It depicts the battle between the special fire forces, who are tasked to reveal this phenomena as well as save humanity, and the new joiner young boy Shinra Kusakabe, who is called a “Demon’ due to certain reason, with the “Infernals”.

This manga has charmed various fans with its depiction of the passionate battle, the story filled with various characters, mystery, and plot as well as the unique sense of expression, such as the sudden real life depiction. The shocking development of the final episode that was published on “Weekly Shounen Magazine” Vol. 3 released in February 2022, has also become a hot topic.

The distribution of this manga has exceeded 2 million copies, and the TV anime season 1 was broadcasted in 2019 followed by the season 2 “Fire Force Season 2” in 2020. Together with the release of the final manga volume, the production of the season 3 “Fire Force Season 3” has been announced.

Other than the announcement of the TV anime season 3, the application game, “Fire Force: Enbu no Sho”, has also been announced.
The game will feature a new song by Mrs. GREEN APPLE, who handled “Inferno”, the first opening theme song of TV anime “Fire Force Season 1”. The song is called “En En”

Also, the finale commemoration online exhibition will also be held from June 17 to July 17.
To commemorate the release of the final manga volume, the advertisement on Yomiuri Newspaper’s May 17 issue, where the word “希望(Hope)” appears by folding, and the advertisement on the digital signage at the East-West passage of Shinjuku station and at Shinjuku Wall 456, will be held from May 23.

The broadcast date for the TV anime season 3 and the release date for the application game have yet to be announced.
