The second season of the TV anime series ‘Made in Abyss’, titled ‘Made in Abyss: The Golden City of the Scorching Sun’ will start broadcasting in July 2022, and key visual volume 2 has been released.
“Made In Abyss” is based on Akihito Tsukushi’s fantasy manga, which is currently serialized in ‘WEB comic gamma’. The story depicts the only remaining unexplored cave in the world, ‘Abyss’, and the adventure of an explorer Riko, and Reg, a robot with an appearance of a boy.
The first series of TV anime was broadcast from July until September 2017, volumes 1 and 2 of the movies were released in January 2019, and the latest movie “Fukaki Tamashii no Remei” was released in January 2020. “Made In Abyss Retsujitsu no Ougonkyo” will be the second series of TV anime.
Along with the announcement, comments from Miyu Tomita who plays Riko, Mariya Ise who plays Reg, Shiori Izawa who plays Nanachi, Misaki Kuno who plays Fapta, Yuka Terasaki who plays Vueko, Hiroaki Hirata who plays Wazukyan and Mitsuki Saiga who plays Belaf, have been posted on the official website.
