The Blu-ray BOX of “Munto” series, the completely original anime by Kyoto Animation, will be released on December 22, 2021. The CM to announce the release of this product has been revealed.
“Munto” series depicts the “mental growth” of the main protagonist Hidaka Yumemi via the destruction of the world after her encounters with the Magical King Munto. This is a completely original anime by Kyoto Animation.
After the DVD release of the chapter 1 “Munto” and chapter 2 “Munto 2: Beyond the Walls of Time”, the original TV series serving as chapter 3 “Sora wo Miageru Shoujo no Hitomi ni Utsuru Sekai” was broadcast in 2009. After that, the special edition, which is a compilation of “Sora wo Miageru Shoujo no Hitomi ni Utsuru Sekai” with new scenes, music and sound effects while remaining the climax portions, was released as the movie “Tenjoubito to Akutobito Saigo no Tatakai”.
The announced Blu-ray BOX will contain 3 discs with various novelties that even those who don’t know about “Munto” series can enjoy, including the audio commentary, the footage on the stage greeting during the release of the movie, and drama CD.
The product will also contain the artboard gallery of the opening theme song, the first recording of the selected WEB radio, released booklets, and new booklets, making this a valuable product that you can’t miss out.
“‘Munto’ Series Blue-ray BOX” is priced at 30, 800 JPY (tax included). It will be released on December 22, 2021 in limited quantity.
