The 1st work of the “Mirage Queen” series published by Kodansha’s Aoi Tori Bunko, called “Mirage Queen Aime Cirque” will be getting an anime adaptation in the form of an OVA. It will be available in the theatres in 2022.
“Mirage Queen Aime Cirque” is a novel for children written by Hayamine Kaoru and illustrated by K2 Shoukai. It was published by Kodansha’s Aoi Tori Bunko from March 2002.
It depicts the adventure of the mirage queen flying around the world in the airship as she will definitely steal the thing she desired.
To commemorate the 20th anniversary of this publication series, the 1st work “Mirage Queen Aime Cirque” will be adapted into the anime OVA film. This is the first footage adaptation of the children book series that is loved by everyone throughout the years.
Also, the latest work of the series, called “Kaito Queen Purgatorio Kinka to Ushiwareta Shiro” (Lit. Mirage Queen: The Coin of Purgatorio and the Lost Castle) was released in July 14. For the fans of this series, please enjoy reading the latest work while waiting for the further announcement of the OVA.
