The setting art for the main protagonist Okkotsu Yuuta from “Jujutsu Kaisen 0 the Movie” (Release date: December 24, 2021) has been released.
“Jujutsu Kaisen 0 the Movie” is based on the prequel of “Jujutsu Kaisen”, “Jujutsu Kaisen 0 Tokyo Prefectural Jujutsu High School ” that is currently serialized on “Weekly Shounen Jump” by Akutami Gege.
This origin of “Jujutsu Kaisen” depicts a story about “love & curse”.
The setting art for the main protagonist Okkotsu Yuuta has been released. He is haunted by his childhood friend Rika, who he promised to marry when they were a child, after she passed away in a traffic accident in front of him.
The character design is designed by the anime staff based on the rough sketch while reflecting on the request of the original author Akutami Gege, making it a design that is unique to this film.
The visual of the comrade and classmate of the main protagonist Okkotsu Yuuta and the affiliated people of Tokyo Prefectural Jujutsu High School will be released in the future.
“Jujutsu Kaisen 0 the Movie” will be released at theatres nationwide on December 24, 2021.
