The film version of “Detective Conan: The Scarlet Bullet” (April 16, 2021) will be released simultaneously around the world and will be shown simultaneously in IMAXR, MX4D, 4DX and DOLBY CINEMA for the first time in the history of “Detective Conan”. In addition, Aoyama Goushou, the author of the original story, has sent a comment to the fans who are waiting for the release of the film.
“Detective Conan: The Scarlet Bullet” is the 24th film in the “Detective Conan” theatrical series.
An unprecedented incident occurs involving the World Sports Games (WSG), the world’s largest once-every-four-years sports festival held in Japan, and the world’s first “vacuum superconducting linear car” developed for the opening ceremony, which boasts a maximum speed of 1,000 km/h. Behind the scenes, there is Akai Shuichi, who is monitoring the incident, and the FBI, who are waiting for orders from Akai.
The film will be screened simultaneously in IMAX, MX4D, 4DX, and DOLBY CINEMA for the first time ever. In addition to the regular theatrical release, the film will be shown in a total of 498 theaters (as of March 24), the largest number of theaters in history.

It was also announced that the “Scarlet Reload Card” drawn by Mr. Aoyama will be distributed to a total of 200,000 people throughout Japan as a present to those who enter the IMAXR, MX4D, 4DX, and DOLBY CINEMA screenings.
