The popular cover song project “CrosSing”, where “Kimi no Shiranai Monogatari” covered by Hanazawa Kana got 2.45 million views and “Kaibutsu” covered by Kitou Akari got 1.13 million views, has released “Sakayume” covered by Hayashi Yuu. The collection album titled “CrosSing Collection vol.1” will also be released on September 21.
Hayashi Yuu is active as a vocalist of the music unit “SCREEN mode” while he is playing many popular characters as a voice actor, including Sano Manjiro (Mikey) in “Tokyo Revengers”.
“Sakayume”, which Hayashi chose as a song to cover, is the ending theme song of “Jujutsu Kaisen 0”. As mentioned in his comment “This is the movie that I engaged in as a voice actor, I tried it with all my might.” , the song was finished up to recreate the movie’s impression with his powerful singing voice, delicate expression, and exquisite balance, which only voice actor-artists could realize.
As “Recording Movie” was released so that you can enjoy his singing scene, please check it out as well. “Interview Movie” was released at 8:00 PM on July 15.
Moreover, “CrosSing Collection vol.1”, the collection album of “CrosSing”, will be released on September 21. As well as the songs covered through “CrosSing”, “Rain”, the ending theme song of “Garden of Words”, covered by Hanazawa Kana, will be included as a bonus track. This song will not be offered for streaming service, and you can listen to it only on the album. Pre-orders are available exclusively on the online store “canime”, so please don’t miss out on it.
