The media mix project “Lapis Re:Lights” has announced the start of a new unit song project. The first lineup after the game release includes LiGHTs and Sugar Pockets, and they will be released in 2022.

“Lapis Re:Lights” is a media mix project with the theme of “Magic” X “Idol”, and it was developed as an anime, manga, novel, and other media. The story of each media is a parallel world of one another in the same world setting.

In the game “Lapis Re:Lights”, a player plays as a “foreigner” who is suddenly summoned to another world and given a special ability. After encountering the girls called “witches”, the player becomes a “teacher” and enjoys the school life with them. This is a training RPG, where you can enjoy and grow together with the 20 “witches”, which are young girls that have an idol-like existence and fight using magic songs in that world.

For the announced project “Unit Single Series”, the first lineups are LiGHTs and Sugar Pockets, and their latest song is included in the combined single “Sound of the Bell / SUGAR×LEMONADE”. The release date for this single is on February 23, 2022.
A total of three editions will be available for this single, which are “First Pressing Limited Edition A (LiGHTs Edition)”, “First Pressing Limited Edition B (Sugar Pockets Edition)”, and “Normal Edition”. For the first pressing limited edition, it will contain one tin badge of the respective unit and a bonus track. The bonus track is the remix version of the respective unit’s first song “Your Lights” and “Chat Noir”.

Furthermore, there is also an “Inclusive of Goods Edition”, which comes with a compact pack of LiGHTs and Sugar Pockets in the respective CD, and the limited goods, such as the acrylic keyholder and jacket illustration acrylic panel, will be sold at Victor Online Store.
