From the spring anime “THE MARGINAL SERVICE”, synopsis and advance scene photos for episode 1 “Leather Jacket Is Slippery”, which was be broadcast on April 11 (Tue.), have been unveiled.

“THE MARGINAL SERVICE” is an original TV anime by Cygames.
The story is set on the earth, which was assaulted by gray-type aliens and saved by “Kyokaijins”, legendary creatures that have faces of humans and cannot possibly exist.
Several years after the alien attack, the story follows the “Marginal Service,” an organization established to crack down on crimes committed by “Kyokaijins” and to thoroughly conceal their existence. They were established in Japan at the Japan Shibuya Inn, and wear Japanese knickerbockers while portecting the earth day and night.

The title of episode 1 is “Leather Jacket Is Slippery”.
Brian Nightraider, who was fired from his job as a detective due to his responsibility for a case, received a letter.
When he heads to the address written on the envelope, he finds a strange occult shop, where suspicious signage, marmot stuffed animals, and a bronze statue of a kappa are displayed.

“Leather Jacket Is Slippery”, episode 1 of “THE MARGINAL SERVICE” was broadcast on April 11 on Nippon TV and other channels.
