It has been decided that “BLEACH Thousand Year Blood War Arc” will start airing in July 2023. In addition, the latest information including the updated 3rd key visual and the announcement PV of the 2nd cour was revealed.

The original story of “BLEACH” is a sword-fighting battle action comic series serialized in “Weekly Shonen Jump” by Kubo Taito from 2001 to 2016, and the total number of copies sold in the series has exceeded 130 million. The story is about the main character Kurosaki Ichigo who got the power of Soul Reaper and became a “Substitute Soul Reaper” after an encounter, and how he is involved in the upheaval in the Soul Society, the place where the souls of those who died in this world gather and fierce battles unfold.

In 2004, the series was adapted into a TV anime, and four feature-length animated films have also been released. In the latest work “BLEACH: Thousand Year Blood War Arc”, which has been 10 years since the last work, the fate that the Soul Reaper has been carrying for a thousand years and the unknown roots of Ichigo are revealed.

The 2nd cour of “BLEACH: Thousand Year Blood War Arc”, “BLEACH: Thousand Year Blood War Arc – The Separation”, will start airing in July 2023. The 3rd key visual has been updated with the information of the 2nd cour, and the announcement PV of the 2nd cour which foreshadows the parting of Ichigo and Uryu has been unveiled.

Also, the store-specific purchase privilege of “BLEACH: Thousand Year Blood War Arc” Blu-ray & DVD was revealed.
Amazon, Rakuten Books and animate will have different illustrations on the jacket; Amazon has a design with Kurosaki Ichigo, Rakuten Books with Kuchiki Byakuya and animate with Hitsugaya Toushiro.
