Spring Anime “Estab Life” Takes Place in Ueno! Slime Girl Cut in Half in an Accident! Check out the Scene Cuts from Episode 4

Spring anime “Estab Life: Great Escape” has revealed the outline and scene cuts for episode 4 “You Can’t Run from Democracy”, which will be broadcast on Wednesday, April 27th, 2022.

“Estab Life” is an original project in which Taniguchi Goro from the “Code Geass” series serves as the original planner and creative supervisor. The TV anime is directed by Hashimoto Hiroyuki, who is known for the portrayal of the daily lives of laid back and cute girls in his works such as “Is the Order a Rabbit?”, and the animation is by Polygon Pictures of “Knights of Sidonia”.

The story is set in Tokyo as an experimental city where human beings not only take the traditional forms but also a variety of forms including beastmen, cyborgs, and demons. People live happily according to the common sense and standards of their home “clusters”, areas managed by AI. The anime depicts the “Nigashiya”, a group of people who attempt to outwit AI and help those who cannot adapt to their hometown to move to another cluster.

The title of episode 4 is “You Can’t Run from Democracy.”
The body of Martes has split into two due to an accident that occurred during the plan set up by the Nigashiya. However, the “two” Martes each desire to have Equa just for herself, and start a discussion inside the head.

The two noteworthy characters from episode 4 are Poo Poo, (CV. Tobita Nobuo), a Panda beast, and the Client Man (CV. Takagi Wataru). Poo Poo approaches Martes who was bewildered by having her body split in half and takes her to a certain place. Other beasts who are in that area are also a must check.

“You Can’t Run from Democracy,” episode 4 of “Estab Life: Great Escape,” will be broadcast on April 27th at “+Ultra” on Fuji TV and other channels.
