Part 2 of the movie “Free! – the Final Stroke -“, a completely new film in the “Free!” anime series, will be released nationwide on April 22, 2022. The film’s key visuals and information on the third movie ticket bonus have now been announced.
The movie “Free! – the Final Stroke -” is the final chapter in the “Free!” series, in which Nanase Haruka, who has nurtured a bond with her friends through swimming and created various miracles , takes on the world stage with all his feelings in his heart.
After competing in the world championships for the first time, Haruka is trapped in the swimming of the “absolute champion” Alberto and loses his freedom. “Why do you swim?” The question was asked: what does it mean to you and how can you be with water? Struggling Haruka sinks alone into the dark depths of the water. Driven by an impulse that feels as if his heart has been cut out, Haruka dares to choose the toughest training and devotes himself to the practice.
His friends stand by him. What would the view be that Haruka sees after his swim…?
The “Vol 3” movie ticket card with a clear file for Part 2 of the film will be on sale.
The bonus clear file has been illustrated with “Connecting” illustrations from the first three volumes, depicting junior high school students in the first volume and high school students in the second volume.
The third volume, the culmination of the series, depicts university and primary school students and expresses the growth of each character.
The backgrounds are common specifications, so they can be connected to any of the characters. Sales will start on March 18 at screening theaters and mail order sites nationwide.
Also, Part 1 will be screened again in theaters as a 4D version (4DX/MX4D) from March 25. Don’t miss the chance to see it again on an upgraded powerful screen.
