From the TV anime “Let’s Make a Mug Too: Second Kiln”, the outline and sneak peek of anime part of episode 1 “Let’s Start Walking! To the Pottery Town” and live-action part “#1” (broadcast on Friday, October 1), have been unveiled.

Set in Tajimi City, Gifu Prefecture, “Let’s Make a Mug Too” depicts a youth story of 4 high school girls delving into pottery art through “Mino ware”, which is the traditional pottery in the area.
It is based on a free comic that has been published since 2012 by PLANET. Inc., a local IT company in Tajimi City. Following the season 1 of anime that was broadcast from April to June 2021, each episode of season 2 is also composed of two parts; 15-minute anime part and 15-minute live-action part.

The anime part of episode 1 is titled “Let’s Start Walking! To the Pottery Town”.
After experiencing the Mino ware contest, the protagonist Himeno feels that she is finally at the starting point of pottery art. While she is talking with her friends of the pottery club about a more fabulous thing that they are going to make next, a visitor like a typhoon comes to their clubroom……

In the live-action part “#1”, 4 voice actresses visit Tajimi City, Gifu Prefecture, again to look for “Let’s Make a Mug Too” around the city.

“Let’s Make a Mug Too: Second Kiln” starts broadcasting on CBC TV and other channels from October 1.
