The “Evangelion” series collaboration episode of the TV anime “Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion Z” will be broadcast on September 17, 2021. Ahead of the episode, a sneak peek and synopsis showing Ayanami Rei and the giant monster “Oni Eva” have been released.
“Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion Z” is a character content that depicts the activities of the Shinkansen transforming robot “Shinkalion” and its drivers.
In the second TV series, “Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion Z”, children who become the drivers of the new robot “Shinkarion Z” join forces with laboratory workers to fight against a giant monster that has reappeared.
It was already announced that Ikari Shinji (CV: Ogata Emi) would reappear in this “Evangelion” collaboration, following the previous “Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion Z” and the movie “Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion Z: The ALFA-X from the Future”, but now a new scene cut has been released.
The “Oni Eva” is a giant monster created from the “Evangelion Unit-01 Statue” in Uzumasa Movie Village in Kyoto by an unknown enemy named Teoti. It also shows Ayanami Rei, a major character in the “Evangelion” series.
Let’s wait and see what kind of story will unfold in this third collaboration……. Look forward to the broadcast.
The 21st episode of “Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion Z” in collaboration with “Evangelion” will air on September 17.
The official website of “Shinkalion Z” was changed to “Eva-spec” from 8:00 pm on September 10 for a limited time.
