“Free! The Movie -the Final Stroke-“, the first part of which will be released on September 17, 2021, the theme song will be sung by “OLDCODEX”, which has been the theme song for the OP of the TV anime series “Free!”

“Free! The Movie -the Final Stroke-” is a new theatrical version of the final chapter of the TV anime “Free!” It tells the story of young men who bond as a team and keep swimming toward their dreams. The first part will be released on September 17, 2021, and the second part on April 22, 2022.

The theme song for the first part of this movie will be sung by “OLDCODEX”.
Until now they have wo0rked on “Rage on”, the OP theme song of the TV anime “Free!”, “DriedUp Youthful Fame”, the OP theme song of “Free!-Eternal Summer-““Free!-Eternal Summer-“, “DriedUp Youthful Fame”, “Aching Horns”, the theme song of “High Speed! Free! -Starting Days”, and the OP theme song “Heading to Over” of the TV anime “Free!-Dive to the Future!-“

In response to the decision of the theme song, we have received some comments from the members of “OLDCODEX”.
The theme song (title undecided) is scheduled to be released on September 15, 2021.
