The 3rd PV with new scenes of “That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Season 2” Part 2 (Broadcast starts in July 2021) has been revealed. It was also announced that Ishida Akira is the additional cast member.

“That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime 2nd Season” is based on the web light novel by Fuse that has exceeded 700 million PV on the light novel website “Shougetsuka ni Narou”.
It is an “another world reincarnation entertainment” about the main protagonist, who is reincarnated as a slime in another world, increasing his friends with his skill, knowledge, and bravery.

The protagonist Rimuru and the “Jura-Tempest Federation” that he build together with the followers that respect him, are slowly firming the ideal of “a country where human and monster can co-habit” through the agreement and trade with the neighboring countries.
As he was previously a human, he can’t get rid of the root of “affection toward humans”, but in this world, the thought of “hostility toward monster” clearly exists.
When he was stricken by that cruel reality, he has chosen the path where he won’t lose anything. Thus, the raging new chapter has started….

Along with the release of the 3rd PV, Ishida Akira was announced as the additional cast member.
The character of Ishida Akira is Guy Crimson, who holds two titles, which is Ancient Demon Lord and “Lord of Darkness”, and governed the Northern Ice Continent with tremendous power.

Also, it was decided that the opening for part 2 will be handled by the Thai anime singer, MindaRyn with the song “Like Flames” while the ending is Terashima Takuma’s “Reincarnate”.

“That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime 2nd Season” Part 2 will start at 11:00 PM, on July 6, 2021, on TOKYO MX and other channels.

I hope I will be able to get along with everyone so that I won’t ruin the image of the anime version that was built by all the previous broadcast.
