Season 2 of the anime “Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club” has been decided! Broadcast will start in 2022
The season 2 of the TV anime “Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club” has been decided. The announcement was released during the “Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club 3rdLive! School Idol Festival ~Yume no Hajimari~” was held on May 8 and 9, 2021, and the broadcast will start in 2022.
“Love Live!” is a “school idol project” that has various media developments with the key word of “Minna de Kanae Monogatari (A story where every wish comes true)”.
Nijigasaki High School Idol Club is a school idol group that started in 2017. It is the 3rd school idol group in “Love Live!” series after μ’s and Aquors.
The members are affiliated to the school idol club of Nijigasaki High School in Odaiba, Tokyo. Each of the member is aiming at being the No. 1 school idol, and sometime they treat each other as rival while there are times where they help each other.
TV anime “Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club” was broadcast in October 2020.
During the “Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club 3rdLive! School Idol Festival ~Yume no Hajimari~” that was held on May 8 and 9, 2021 at MetLife Dome, which is their first dome concert, the production of the season 2 of the TV anime was announced along with the broadcast in 2022.
The first units concert and fan meeting will be held in September, and the 4th live is decided with the data remain unknown. So, do look forward to the future developments of Nijigasaki!
