The exact broadcast date of the July 2021’s TV anime “Girlfriend, Girlfriend” has been announced. The broadcast date is on July 2, 2021, on “Animerism” slot of MBS, TBS, and BS-TBS.
“Girlfriend, Girlfriend” is based on the same-name manga by Hiroyuki that is currently serialized on “Weekly Shounen Magazine”.
The main protagonist, Naoya is a freshman in high school, and he managed to be the boyfriend of Saki, who he had liked for a long time. During his peak of happiness, he was suddenly confessed by the beauty young girl, Nagisa. After being moved by her extreme good-will, Naoya made a decision. This is a neo-standard love comedy that started from that unexpected choices.
Also, the collaboration project with the original manga “Shaberu Kano (Talking Girlfriend)” is currently available on the anime official Twitter. It will feature the panel of the original manga with the voice actor’s voice.
