A new promo video of the passionate battles from the 3rd season of “Kingdom” (to be broadcast from April 4, 2021) has been released.
“Kingdom” is based on the manga by Hara Yasuhisa, serialized in “Weekly Young Jump”. The Chinese war-time historical drama is set in China in the Warring States period, depicting Shin, the boy who aims to become a great general of the heavens, and the young king Ei Sei, who later becomes the first emperor.
The new promo video is filled with fierce battle scenes of the warlords. Shin with a firm belief, Kanki with overwhelming charisma, Moubu with a powerful force… The battles of the unique warlords are depicted with extreme intensity. What are the “determinations” of the men who fight on the battlefield at the risk of their lives? The images send us the message that “they have a reason to fight”.
The 3rd series of the TV anime “Kingdom” will be broadcast on NHK General TV from April 4, 2021.
