A new “The Prince of Tennis” animation film “Ryoma! Rebirth Movie The Prince of Tennis” (to be released on September 5, 2021) revealed its 3D CG character visuals of five characters, including Echizen Ryoma, Tezuka Kunimitsu, and Atobe Keigo. Also, comments from Okiayu Ryuutarou, Suwabe Junichi, and the cast members have arrived.

“The Prince of Tennis” is a tennis manga that initially ran in “Weekly Shonen Jump” from 1999, and “New Prince of Tennis” is currently serialized in “Jump SQ.”. The series has a total circulation of over 60 million copies.

The film “Ryoma! Rebirth Movie The Prince of Tennis” will be depicting the 3 months between “The Prince of Tennis” and “New Prince of Tennis”, so Echizen Ryoma’s outfit and tennis racket are from the final page of the final volume of “The Prince of Tennis”.

Tezuka Kunimitsu and Atobe Keigo with a tennis ball and racket take poses that represent their personalities, Ryuuzaki Sakuno’s hair and skirt flow in the wind, and Ryoma’s father, Echizen Nanjirou, is depicted as “Samurai Nanjirou”, the name he was given before retiring.
Let’s look forward to seeing how the first 3D CG anime film from the series will end up, and how young Nanjirou will appear in the story.

A new movie full of mysteries will be brought to you in a style never seen before in the history of “The Prince of Tennis”.
What kind of story will unfold? How will the characters in 3D CG move around?! I can’t wait to see the completed film myself.

Long time no see. I hope you still remember Sakurano.
She’s evolved into a 3D CG character, but her spirit hasn’t changed one bit.
Acting in the new world created by Konomi-sensei made me super excited, so I’m sure you’ll enjoy it too!
