The production of the sequel for “Legend of Galactic Heroes: Die Neue These” with 24 episodes has been decided. The super teaser PV has been released as well.
“Legend of Galactic Heroes” is based on the science fiction novel by Tanaka Yoshiki and it takes place in the far future space. On Apr. 2018, the latest animation called, “Legend of Galactic Heroes: Die Neue These Encounter” (12 episodes in total) was produced by Production I.G. After that, ion 2019, the second season called “Stellar War” was screened on the theatre and from Apr. 2020, the TV anime with the new opening and ending songs has been broadcast.
The super teaser PV was released along with the sequel’s production announcement. In the PV, the various phrase and impressive lines, such as “Julian’s first battle”, “the rival’s past”, “Yang Wen-li’s impeachment”, “fortress vs fortress”, and “young emperor’s kidnapping”, will surely make you wonder about the story of the sequel.
The sequel of “Legend of Galactic Heroes: Die Neue These”, which is episode 25 ~ 48, will have a total of 24 episodes. Further information will be announced soon, so look out for it.
