Main visuals the “Sumikkos” wearing their original outfits from『Sumikko Gurashi Movie: The Popping Picture Book and Secret Child』was released. The key visuals show the key characters from the story and a new character named “Hiyoko?”

「Sumikko Gurashi」 are popular characters introduced back in 2012 by San-X Co,. Ltd. that made 「Tarepanda」 and 「Rilakkuma」The movie features a bunch of characters each with their own distinct personalities like “Shirokuma” who hates the cold, “Pengin?” who doesn’t have self-confidence, “Tonkatsu”who wastes food(?!), “Neko”who is very shy.

The animated movie 『Sumikko Gurashi Movie: The Popping Picture Book and Secret Child』features a brand new story entirely “supervised by the Sumikko Gurashi Production Team”. The story follows the adventures of the Sumikkos after being sucked into a picture book, featuring a new adorable character.

The aforementioned main visuals features the Sumikkos wearing original movie costumes that were not shown previously in the teaser trailers.
The film features Sumikkos being trapped in a picture book along with some stunning background visuals, with a brand new character named「Hiyoko？」 appearing mid-way.

『Sumikko Gurashi Movie: The Popping Picture Book and Secret Child』will be a nation-wide roadshow from November 8th. Moreover this time, the second movie ticket release date was specially announced to be on September 20th.
