It has been announced that “Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout”, a TV anime based on an RPG, will start on July 1, 2023. The 1st PV and key visual have been revealed.
“Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout” is originally an RPG released from Koei Tecmo Games.
The “Atelier” series, which focuses on alchemy, compounding various items, have been popular for over 25 years since “Atelier Marie: The Alchemist of Salburg” was released in 1997.
The 1st PV and key visual of the TV anime “Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout”, have been revealed. The PV features the character voices of Klaudia (CV.Owada Hitomi), Lent (CV.Terashima Takuma), and Tao (CV.Kondou Yui), in addition to Klaudia (CV.Owada Hitomi) that was featured in the previous teaser. The Atelier world is recreated in more detail, including Kurken Island, where the story is set.
The opening theme song is partially revealed too, which is “Golden Ray” by “Sangatsu no Phantasia”, a project centered on the vocalist “Mia”, who fantasizes a story of endings and beginnings. Lyrics and music composition were handled by Harumakigohan.
Sangatsu no Phantasia commented “We sang about ordinary yet special light around us. in the opening theme ‘Golden Ray’. We hope we can be a ray of hope that colors the adventure of Ryza and others”.
The key visual features 4 main characters drawn by Shitaya Tomoyuki, the character designer, giving a glimpse of their adventure.
Along with the PV and visual, its broadcast date has been announced. Ep1 will be broadcast at 12 am every Sunday from July 1 on TOKYO MX, Gunma TV, Tochigi TV, and BS11. Yomiuri TV and Aichi TV will also broadcast it every Monday from July 3.
An advanced screening event will be held on June 17, starring 6 main casts Noguchi Yuri, Owada Hitomi, Terashima Takuma, Kondou Yui, Nojima Hirofumi, and Terai Haruka.
