A second collection of glasses inspired by “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” characters has been announced. Pre-orders are currently being accepted at “Premium Bandai”.
“Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” is a smash hit manga originally serialized in “Weekly Shonen Jump” from 2016 to 2020. It was created by Gotoge Koyoharu and consists of 23 volumes totaling over 150 million copies published to date.
Kamado Tanjiro, a boy whose family had been massacred by a demon, joins the “Demon Slayer Corps” and fights against demons in order to revert his sister Nezuko, who turned into a demon, back to a human. The TV anime “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 1” was aired in 2019, followed by the “Mugen Train” film in 2020. “Season 2 Mugen Train and Entertainment District Arcs” were broadcast from 2021 to 2022 and the “World Tour Screening ‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba’ To the Swordsmith Village” was in theaters from February 2023. In the long-awaited “Swordsmith Village Arc,” Tanjiro reunites with the Mist Hashira, Tokito Muichiro, and the Love Hashira, Kanroji Mitsuri, as they begin a new battle.
The “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Glasses Collection 2” includes 7 models featuring the Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps: Uzui Tengen, Tokito Muichiro, Shinazugawa Sanemi, Kanroji Mitsuri, Iguro Obanai, Himejima Gyomei, and Rengoku Kyoujuro.
At the position of the glasses temple is a fine design for each character and to add to its appeal, the glasses are accompanied by an original case and a cloth with the logo design.
The “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Glasses Collection 2” items are priced at 14,850 JPY each (tax included). Pre-orders are being accepted on “Premium Bandai” until 11 pm on July 2, 2023 (JST). The products are scheduled to be shipped in August.
