The 3rd collaboration project between the anime “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” and “Meiji Oishii Milk” started on April 10, 2023. The “Meiji Oishii Milk Corps,” newly depicted with Kanroji Mitsuri and Tokito Muichiro, will enliven the event, which will include original tumblers and coasters, as well as advertisement that takes over Shinjuku Station from April 17 to April 23.
The original story of “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” is a manga by Gotouge Koyoharu, which has sold more than 150 million copies in its 23 volumes published by Shueisha’s JUMP Comics. The story follows Kamado Tanjiro, a boy whose family was killed by demons, who enlists in the “Demon Killing Squad” in order to return his sister Nezuko, who has turned into a demon, to human form.
The latest anime in the TV series, “TV anime ‘ Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba’ Swordsmith Village,” began airing on April 9, 2023.
The “Meiji Oishii Milk Corps” has been reunited with new characters such as Kanroji Mitsuri and Tokito Muichiro to convey the deliciousness of “Meiji Oishii Milk”.
In this third installment, the “Meiji Oishii Milk Corp” characters will introduce the delicious taste and commitment of “Meiji Oishii Milk” under the message of “Total concentration on the deliciousness”.
All “Meiji Oishii” brand products except “Meiji Oishii Fresh Cream” are eligible for the original goods giveaway. Entries can be made with three application marks on the package of each eligible product. 1,000 entrants will be selected by lottery to win an original tumbler, and 9,000 entrants who are not selected in the lottery will have a chance to win an original standing coaster.
In addition, from April 17 to April 23, the “Meiji Oishii Milk Corp” will appear in an advertisement in Shinjuku Station in Tokyo.
The “Meiji Oishii Milk Corp” characters will be conveying the delicious taste, commitment, and features of “Meiji Oishii Milk” and the visual of two characters such as “Kamado Tanjiro and Rengoku Kyojuro” paired together will be the highlight of the advertisement.
They will jack up walkways and digital signage pillars for about 80 meters, so look for your favorite pair with the unique “Meiji Oishii Milk Corps” members.
The 3rd collaboration project between the anime “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” and “Meiji Oishii Milk” will run from April 10 to May 31.
