“The Very Pulse of the Machine” from Netflix Series “Love, Death & Robots” Volume 3, Produced by Polygon Pictures, Nominated for 2 “Annie Awards”

“The Very Pulse of the Machine,” an episode from Season 3 of the Netflix series “Love, Death & Robots”, produced by Polygon Pictures, was nominated in two categories for the 50th Annie Awards, also known as the “Oscars of Animation.”

“Love, Death & Robots” is an animated anthology series for adults distributed by Netflix.
Season 3 began distribution in May 2022 with nine short episodes, including “The Very Pulse of the Machine” by Polygon Pictures.

In this year’s Annie Awards, “The Very Pulse of the Machine” from “Love, Death & Robots” Season 3 was nominated in two categories. In addition, “Bad Travelling” has been nominated for the FX and Writing categories, and “Jibaro” for the Character Design category, making it a total of five episodes from “Love, Death & Robots” Season 3.

In the past, the animation productions of Polygon Pictures have won two awards at the 40th Annie Awards. It has also been nominated at the 41st, 45th, 48th, and 49th, making this the seventh title of nomination.

The winners will be announced at the “50th Annie Awards” ceremony in Los Angeles on February 25, 2023 (Pacific Standard Time.)
