Experts in the Anime Industry Discuss Employment and Training! TRIGGER Director Kazuya Masumoto and Others to Speak at the 5th “IMART+” Online Talk Event

IMART+, an online talk event by experts in the anime industry, will hold its fifth event, “Ask Current Anime Industry Professionals! Employment and Training in the Anime Industry” which will be held on July 23, 2022. Guest speakers will include Kazuya Masumoto, director of TRIGGER, Terumi Nishii, animator, and a recruiter from Science SARU.

IMART+ is an online talk event held in response to the current situation of the anime industry, where there is not sufficient information on career paths and training programs provided for young individuals seeking employment, despite the increasing presence of anime in the Japanese content industry.

This year’s “Ask Current Anime Industry Professionals! Employment and Training in the Anime Industry” aims to provide and conserve knowledge for those who seek employment in the anime industry. The speakers with experience in human resources and training will discuss the current situation of employment and training.

“Ask Current Anime Industry Professionals! Employment and Training in the Anime Industry” will be held on July 23, 2022, from 11:00 to 12:30 on Zoom. Participation fee is 1,500 yen (tax included). For more information, please visit the official “IMART+” website.
