The Blu-rays and DVDs of the Movie “Jujutsu Kaisen 0” will be released on September 21, 2022. A special audiovisual preview of the “Voice Comic ‘Jujutsu Kaisen’ Volume 0.5 Extra Edition,” which will be included in the bonus DVDs of the Luxury Edition, has been released.

Based on the prequel “Jujutsu Kaisen 0: Tokyo Prefectural Jujutsu High School”, the movie “Jujutsu Kaisen 0” tells the story of “love” and “curse” between the main character, Okkotsu Yuta, and his childhood friend, Orimoto Rika who has become a special grade vengeful cursed spirit.
As the first film adaptation of the popular manga series, which has sold more than 65 million copies, the film premiered in Japan on December 24, 2021, the “Night Parade of a Hundred Demons,” an important date for fans. The film recorded an audience of 9.8 million and domestic box-office revenue of 13.75 billion yen during its 157-day run until the film’s simultaneous closing on May 29, 2021.

The “Voice Comic ‘Jujutsu Kaisen’ Volume 0.5 Extra Edition” is the first booklet “Jujutsu Kaisen 0.5 Tokyo Prefectural Jujutsu High School”, which was distributed to a total of 5 million people nationwide from the first day of its release, and the “Weekly Shonen Jump” issue 2, 2022, which depicted the daily lives of the first-year students, including Okkotsu and others, drawn by Akutomi Gege.
