The broadcast period of the summer anime “When Will Ayumu Make His Move?” has been announced. The first broadcast will start at 1:35 AM, July 8 on TBS. The key visual has been released together with the 2nd PV.
“When Will Ayumu Make His Move?” is based on the throbbing “out-of-board battle” and romance comedy manga by Yamamoto Souichirou known for “Teasing Master Takagi-san” that is currently being serialized on “Weekly Shounen Magazine”. The story takes place at the shogi club, where there are only 2 members, and it depicts the tactics between Yaotome Urushi and Tanaka Ayumu, a shogi beginner who had fallen for her.
It was announced that “When Will Ayumu Make His Move?” will start broadcasting at 1:35 AM, July 8 on TBS and at 2:00 AM, July 10 on BS-TBS. The regular broadcast on TBS is on every Friday at 1:28 AM.
Prior to the broadcast, the key visual has been released.
Along with the catchphrase of “This thoughts, one by one”, it depicts the tremendous distance between Ayumu, who wants to confess, and Urushi, who wants to be confessed, which will remind you of their out-of-board romance situation.

In the 2nd PV, all the main characters can be seen as well as a glimpse of their expression in the anime. At the same time, the opening by Hanawaza Kana “Kakehiki wa Poker Face” was revealed together with the out-of-board offense and defense tactics of Ayumu and Urushi.
