The anime “Nintama Rantaro” broadcast on E-television will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2022, and to commemorate the 30th series, which will start on April 4, a “Nintama 30 Best Duo Polling” project has been launched.

“Nintama Rantaro” is an anime based on a ninja gag manga by Amako Soubee. Set in a ninja academy, it comically depicts the daily lives of Rantaro, Shinbei and Kirimaru as they struggle to become first-rate ninja. The series began in 1993, and 2022 will mark the 30th anniversary of its broadcast.
The 30th series of “Nintama 30” will be broadcasted in 2022, and on the occasion of the 30th anniversary, the series is developing a project that will be enjoyed not only by exisitig fans but also by viewers who are getting to know “Nintama” from now on.

This time, the “Polling for the 30 Best Nintama Duos” has begun. The top five “best duo” combinations, as voted by viewers, will be used to produce five completely new episodes in the fall of 2022. Also, the pair will be selected respectively from Group 1 (Rantaro, Kirimaru, Shinbei, Yamada-sensei, and Doi-sensei) and Group 2 (Other Students). This is your chance to see your favorite duo in action in the anime.

In addition, a 30-minute special anime “100% Courage! Take Down the Dokutake Castle” will also be aired to celebrate the 30th anniversary of its broadcast. The headmaster has an idea to take the Ninjutsu Academy students on a field trip. However, unbeknownst to Rantaro and his friends, the Dokutake ninjas have a dubious plan in progress……!?
The broadcast date and time will be announced on the program’s official website as soon as it is determined.

The “Polling for the 30 Best Nintama Duos” contest will be open until May 8, 2022 at 11:59 pm.
