Summer Anime “Technoroid: Overmind” Reveals Teaser PV! Messages from Furukawa Makoto, Hagiya Keigo, and Kajiwara Gakuto

Summer anime “Technoroid: Overmind” reveals teaser promotional video showing scenes from the animation for the first time. Along the reveal, comments from the cast Furukawa Makoto, Hagiya Keigo, and Kajiwara Gakuto, were also publicized.

Co-produced by Cyber Agent, Avex Pictures, and Elements Garden, “Technoroid” is a media mix franchise that combines anime, games, and music.
The stage is set in a futurist Tokyo that became a “city floating on water” due to supernatural disasters, and androids have replaced human beings as workforce. It depicts the world of competitive singing and dancing performances, as the characters strive to reach the top of the entertainment tower “Babel”.

The original concept was developed by Agematsu Noriyasu (Elements Garden), involved in music composition and original work behind big hits such “Uta no Prince-sama” and “Symphogear”; and RUCCA, lyricist who was also involved on “Uta no Prince-sama”, and Arashi’s “Door ~Yuuki no Kiseki~”.

The character concepts were done by LAM, illustrator known for “takt op.” and Tokyo’s HAL commercials. The anime is produced by Doga Kobo, the studio behind “NEW GAME!!”, and “Plastic Memories”. The video game is developed by Wonder Planet.

The released trailer is the promotional video of “Technoroid: Overwind”, the anime entry from the “Technoroid” franchise.
Additionally, the voice actors of the members of “STAND-ALONE”, Babel’s top tier group; Furukawa Makoto (Kite), Hagiya Keigo (Light), and Light(Hagiwara Gakuto), commented on this work.

“Technoroid: Overmind” will premiere on July 2022.

Furukawa Makoto (Kite)

The production is now at the animation stage, so I am really looking forward to see what kind of performances will come out of it.
I intend to do my best to make it an enjoyable experience for both fans who already are engaged in the game app, and new fans too.
Best Regards

Hagiya Keigo (Light)

This is Hagiya Keigo and I play the role of Light from STAND-ALONE.
Ever since the announcement of the anime, the franchise has been generating a lot of hype through the continuous release of new songs , and the launch of the game. And I am happy to be part of this project.
The wonderful production crew and voice cast, and myself included, will do our very best to bring an amazing experience to the fans!
Since amongst the members of STAND-ALONE, Light is the one responsible for fan service and social media promotion, so I will too take that role and promote the anime with gusto!
Best Regards!

Hagiwara Gakuto (Night)

Once again I am excited about the anime adaptation!!
I am also looking forward to finding out what storyline will STAND-ALONE have.
As a member of the Technoroid series, I will do my best so Night can add some colors to the anime!
Best Regards!
