From “Detective Conan: The Bride of Halloween” that will be released on April 15, 2022 (Friday) on nationwide Toho affiliated theatres, the wedding appearances of Furuya Rei, Matsuda Jinpei, Hagiwara Kenji, Morofushi Hiromitsu, and Date Wataru have been released.

“Detective Conan: The Bride of Halloween” takes place in “Shibuya” during the Halloween season and it depicts an unprecedented big accident within the various intervention of fates along with the appearance of the ex-serial bombing serial and the mysterious cosplayer.
The main characters are Furuya Rei along with the “Police Academy’s member”, such as the late Matsuda Jinpei, Hagiwara Kenji, Morofushi Hiromitsu, and Date Wataru. Also, this film will put the romance of Takagi and Sato under the spotlight.

Furuya is dressed in a graceful tuxedo with a white jacket and pants together with a light blue necktie and vest. Matsuda is dressed in the navy blue cool clothes that have a cute pink flowers decoration. Hagiwara has a refreshing and stylish appearance with the overall light blue clothing. Morofushi gives off a soft, elegant atmosphere with the pastel purple clothing and a white vest. Date has a chic, manly appearance with the green jacket and black pants. This is quite a gorgeous visual that showed the characters in the unique tuxedo.

Furuya Tooru (Voice of Furuya Rei, Amuro Tooru)

I’m eager toward “The Bride of Halloween” ever since the recording for the trailer. I’m unable to imagine how the Police Academy’s members will be involved in the modern case in the film, but this will be the best entertainment film that depicts magnificently cooperated actions. As the film production has taken an additional year, this means that we have more time for the recording and we are able to complete it in a manner that is acceptable to everyone. This makes me feel that it was worth the time to voice Furuya Rei, who is a difficult character.

Canna Nobutoshi (Voice of Matsuda Jinpei)

I’m grateful that I can meet Matsuda Jinpei in the film!
Moreover, this is the first time, where all the Police Academy’s members are featured!? I have a mysterious sensation now, but I was feeling nervous in a comfortable manner before the recording has started. The film this time also is a large-scale film.
Do look forward to the achievements of Conan and the Detective Boys as well as the Police Academy’s members!

Miki Shinichiro (Voice of Hagiwara Kenji)

I’m grateful and glad that I was given the chance to meet Hagiwara again in a non-TV special. I’m unable to express how grateful I am. I hope that the achievements of the Police Academy’s members can be seen by many people.

Midorikawa Hikaru (Voice of Morofushi Hiromitsu)

Sorry for keeping you waiting, now it’s our turn, the Police Academy’s members! (Haha) I’m quite satisfied that the good relationship and quick uptake of the 5 members can be seen in some scenes♪ If I had to be extravagant, I wish to see more of their achievements, but there are limited stories when all of them are still alive. (Wry Smile) Anyway, I believe that the fans of the Police Academy’s members will be happy with this film, so please look forward to it! (^-^) I hope that this film will become a big hit, so that I will be given the chance to appear again.

Touchi Hiroki (Voice of Date Wataru)

The recording was done with all the Police Academy’s members being gathered! I was quite happy as this is a rare opportunity, moreover, we also received refreshments from those cast members, who are not attending the recording on that day!! I’m so touched by this. In order to meet their expectation as well as the responsibility of taking over Date from Fujiwara-san and to meet the expectation of the fans of the Police Academy arc, I had attended the recording while enjoying it. It would make me happy if I can appear again!
