Winter anime “Salaryman’s Club” has released the summary and preview scenes from its 1st episode, titled “Assignment”, which aired on January 30, 2022 (Sun).

“Salaryman’s Club” is an original anime currently broadcasting at “NUMAnimation” program block on TV Asahi’s 24 network channels nationwide in Japan.
Upon joining the company Sunlight Beverage, the fresh graduate and “former” badminton prodigy, Shiratori Mikoto meets the flashy old man Miyazumi Tatsuru who also plays badminton. The corporate-badminton anime story follows these characters with opposite personalities as they are forced to form an unlikely duo.
The episode 1 is titled “Assignment”.
Shiratori Mikoto, once a child prodigy with extraordinary observation skills, is unable to recover from a traumatic event during a high school competition, and gets fired from his corporate badminton team, Mitsuhoshi Bank.
As a comeback attempt, he joins the Sunlight Beverage corporation, however what awaited him there was a difficult day-to-day work, a weak badminton club, and the boisterous senior colleague Miyazumi Tatsuru. Shiratori then unexpectedly pairs up with Miyazumi……
