“Pop Team Epic” The re-broadcast features different cast members!? The first episode featured Koyama Mami & Mitsuishi Kotono and Nakao Ryuusei & Wakamoto Norio

The re-broadcast of the TV anime “Pop Team Epic” has started on October 10, 2021. It was announced that it was a “Remix version” featuring different cast members than the original broadcast.

TV anime “Pop Team Epic” is based on the same-name manga by Okawa Bkub that is currently serialized on the 4-panel web manga website “Manga Live WIN”, and the anime was previously broadcast from January 2018 to March 2018.
The anime has caused a big hit as the first part and second part featured the contents but with different voice actors, and it had obtained various awards, including “Yahoo! Japan Search Awards 2018 Anime Category” and “13th Seiyuu Awards Synergy Award”.

For the remix version of episode 1, it featured Koyama Mami (as Popuko) & Mitsuishi Kotono (as Pipimi) for the first part and Nakao Ryuusei (as Popuko) & Wakamoto Norio (as Pipimi) for the 2nd part, which shows off a surprise arrangement featured the voice actors that appear in another episode.
When we talk about the anime “Pop Team Epic”, it would be a work that fully makes use of the personality of voice actors, but in the remix version, it is also filled with the ad-lip from each voice actors. Do look forward to the developments of episode 2 and onwards of the newly reborn “Remix version”.
