The outline and sneak peek of episode 1 “The Nosferatu Project” (Broadcast Date: October 3) of fall anime “Irina: The Vampire Cosmonaut” have been revealed.

“Irina: The Vampire Cosmonaut” is based on the same-name light novel by Makino Keisuke that is published by “GaGaGa Bunko”.
The story takes place in a world that revolved around the competition on space development, and it depicts a young female vampire and a young human man, who were brought in for the manned flying test, overcoming the race barrier and making fun of the ego of the country as they aim toward space adventure.
For the anime version, Irina Luminesk is voiced by Hayashibara Megumi.

The title of episode 1 is “The Nosferatu Project”.
The young man Lev, who dreamed to become an astronaut, was given a top-secret mission to train the astronaut, the young girl Irina, for the sake of the manned flying test that makes use of a vampire.
Irina is the vampire that was feared by everyone, and while being unease, Leps headed toward the wards that she is being kept in…
