The production of the movie of “That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime” has been decided. The teaser visual, teaser video, and comments from the original author have been released.
“That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime” is based on the web novel by Fuse that has exceeded 800 million PV on the novel publishing website “Shousetsuka ni Narou”.
It is an “another world reincarnation entertainment” about the main protagonist, who got reincarnated as a slime in another world, increasing his fellows with his knowledge and bravery while utilizing the skills that he cultivated.
Up until now, the season 1 of the TV anime was broadcast in October 2018, and the season 2 and spinoff anime “TenSura Diary” were broadcast over the span of 9 months from January 2021 to September 2021. This time, the production of the movie was announced together with the release of the teaser visual and teaser video.
“That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Movie” is scheduled to be released in fall 2022.
At the same time, the first online exhibition of “TenSura” will be held in winter 2021. Detailed information can be found on the designated webpage.

I can’t believe that this work that I wrote as an interest will get a movie adaptation!
I am still a bit bewildered as this is unrealistic to me as it was beyond my dream.
