The outline and sneak peek of episode 3 “That’s Yui-nya Quality” (Broadcast on July 18) of the TV anime “The Detective Is Already Dead” have been released.

“The Detective Is Already Dead” is based on the light novel that is being published by KADOKAWA. This work has won the “Best Work” in the 15th MF Bunko J Light Novel Newcomer Awards.
The main protagonist, Kimizuka Kazuhito encountered the talented and flawless detective, Siesta at 10,000 meters above the ground, and they have a joyful adventure over the 3 years… then, they parted due to death.
The detective is already dead. However, the story still goes on. This is a story about the assistant restarting his life after losing the detective.

The title of episode 3 is “That’s Yui-nya Quality”.
The junior high school (JC) idol, Saikawa Yui appears suddenly in front of Kimizuka and Natsunagi. She mentioned that she had received a letter saying “I will be taking the sapphire with the market value of 3 billion JPY on the day of the dome live”.

Then, Kimizuka and Natsunagi accepted the request as if they had inherited the will of Siesta. However, during the rehearsal one day before the dome live, a mysterious guy is approaching Saikawa on the stage…
