“Genesic Re;CODE”, the first game for smartphones from “Code Geass” series (to be released in August 2021), has announced the result for the popularity vote by the users to chose an application icon upon its release. This voting has received an approximately of 22,000 votes.
“Genesic Re;CODE” is a RPG that features all the past characters, including Lelouch, Akito, Orpheus, and Oldrin, and depicts their new revenge story with the new characters. It is led by the staff members from the original anime, including Taniguchi Gorou and Okouchi Ichirou as general directors, Sunrise for the planning and production, and CLAMP for character design.
“Genesic Re;CODE” is scheduled to be released in August.
